A wise man once said
that a man’s home is his castle. If that is the case, then the pretty,
little town of Kungsbacka, on the Swedish west coast is my castle. My
name is Gavin and I have lived here for the past twenty-one years. I am
originally from Poole, in southern England, although in my late teens, I
decided to leave my ‘old’ home and search out a new life. I work at a
school here in Kungsbacka, helping students with learning difficulties.
It is not the easiest job in the world, although it is without a doubt,
one of the most rewarding. Writing hasn’t always been my passion. It is
something that has aged with me, become stronger for each passing day,
become a part of me and made me who I am today. In my spare time, I like
to train, go for long walks, spend time with my son and of course, write
as much as I possibly can.
